Some
of the world's largest banks use SyntelliRead software as a

the processing of millions of inbound SWIFT, Telex, CHIPS, FED

Our SyntelliRead Investigation Parser solution
interprets and classifies the free-formatted content of each
inbound message to determine where it should be routed and to
assign it to the appropriate workflow process. SyntelliRead
Investigation Parser also extracts relevant customer,
payment, and case information from the text and transforms it
into structured data, thus enabling workflow engines to automate
tasks such as: opening new cases; attaching messages to existing
cases; creating database linkages between cases and related
transactions; and generating response correspondence. By using
SyntelliRead as a message pre-processor, our customers eliminate
manual re-keying and are able to achieve straight-through processing
(STP) of free-formatted investigation messages. |
